The transportation fee is a ‘hidden mine’: it must be paid! Be sure! Ask clearly in advance:
Where is the factory located? (Related to domestic logistics distance)
Is it free shipping? Where does free shipping go? (Usually only to local logistics points or ports in the factory)
If shipping is not included, what is the estimated shipping cost to your destination warehouse/port? (Ask the factory to give you an estimate based on the approximate volumetric weight, which may cost much more than you imagine, especially for larger blankets!)
If exporting, ask for the FOB price (FOB price, you are responsible for subsequent sea/air freight and customs clearance) or EXW price (factory delivery price, all transportation is fully covered by you). Check if the production line is standardized and tidy?
Is the quality inspection process strict? (Do you have dedicated testing stations or instruments?)
Regarding graphene: focus on the source of the heating film! Is the membrane purchased externally (inquire about supplier qualifications) or produced in-house? Check if their bonding process is up to standard (the flatness of film bonding directly affects the user experience and lifespan).
○ Sample confirmation is a key step: make a pre production sample according to the final confirmed details. After receiving:
Strict testing: whether the heating speed, temperature uniformity, control of each gear, folding/squeezing test (simulated use), and safety protection (overheating, power failure) are sensitive.
Check the workmanship: stitching, routing, controller feel, label identification.
Key point of graphene: Is it really “gentle and not dry” to feel? Is the change in environmental humidity measured by a hygrometer gentle? (Compared to a regular electric heating wire that roasts vigorously as soon as it is turned on, the difference should be very obvious.) Carefully touch the heating area to see if it is really a uniform and flat piece without any bumps or bumps in the electric heating wire sensation?
